This painterly photomontage also uses the photograph from the summer of 2019, of the “Sphere within a Sphere” sculpture by Arnaldo Pomodoro outside the United Nations in New York, along with a photograph of some buildings in West Midtown in Manhattan with textures and digital painting for another view of the zeitgeist of 2020.

Exploring the relationship between seeing, perception, memory, feelings, and thoughts through pictures fascinates me.
